What organizers around the world say about Lisa
“Lisa is a highly professional teacher who structures her lessons effectively and always responds to her students' needs.
She is also relaxed and funny, creating a pleasant learning atmosphere. She provides assistance where necessary and always gives positive feedback.
As a host, I had a wonderful time with her. She was totally uncomplicated and always in a good mood, took her breaks without interrupting the daily routine, and was open to all suggestions. I would love to welcome her back to Germany.”

“For the FCBD®S in Athens Fest 2025, I had the pleasure and honor of hosting Lisa Allred, creator of the FCBD Basket dialect and my teacher.
The students loved her dialect, her analytical teaching style, and her wonderful personality. She had several different ways to approach and explain each step, and her love, calmness, and smile made her available and kind to everyone.
I received messages from participants for weeks about how much they learned and how much they appreciated Lisa's constant presence — whether in class, on our outings, or at the show, where she didn't miss a single performance.
As the organizer, I couldn't have been luckier. Lisa became the heart of the festival. From our first conversations through today, months later, she has been available, helpful, and full of understanding.
And Lisa was the best guest I could have asked for. She experienced Athens and Greece as a teacher, a tourist, and somehow also as someone who had always lived here. Her open mind, honest conversations, excitement about everything, and genuine curiosity made her the most wonderful presence. She even took my dog for a long walk.
Lisa, with her open heart, created a safe space for me and for the entire festival."
